Rodrigo Val D’Oleiros e Silva is a Medical and PhD student with a strong background in impactful entrepreneurship and technological innovation. He graduated in these areas through Stanford University and U.C. Berkeley. Currently he is the CEO and founder of Orgavalue, a start-up dedicated to innovative tissue bioengineering therapies. He was also involved in the creation of another startup in the area called I-R3THERAPIES. As a researcher at i3S/INEB, he has made important developments which lead him to be recognized for his work with the Young Entrepreneur Award 2022 by ANJE, with representation from the Minister of Culture and the Portugal Presidency. In his talk, Rodrigo will share his visions and give powerful insights on his company’s breakthroughs in tissue engineering and their potential impact on regenerative medicine.
